The Cedars Lake is about 80 miles South of Paris, just outside a village called Mousseux Les Bray.  It is set in its own secure grounds of about 20 acres.  The Lake itself is about 4 acres with mature trees and foliage surrounding its banks.  It has been run as a carp fishery for the last 5 years.

The journey from Calais is about 4 hours.  The Cedars Lake is classed as a fairly easy runs water where catches have been reported from anywhere between 10 and 90 fish in a week.
